Tour Plan
Day 01
Marrakech - Agdz
- After breakfast, depart for the High Atlas, passing through the Tizi-N-Tichka Pass (2,260 meters above sea level). Enjoy the scenic journey as you make your way toward Agdz. Along the way, stop to visit an Argan oil cooperative, where you’ll learn about the production of this valuable oil.
- Lunch will be at your own expense. Continue the drive to Agdz, with a panoramic view of the Draa Valley, a stunning landscape dotted with palm groves and kasbahs.
- In the evening, you’ll enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night in Agdz
Day 02
Agdz - M’Hamid El Ghizlane
- After breakfast, depart in a 4x4 vehicle toward Tamegroute. Here, you’ll visit a traditional pottery workshop and the famous Quranic school, which holds rare manuscripts and a deep history.
- Enjoy lunch along the way. In the afternoon, you will continue to M’Hamid El Ghizlane, located at the gates of the desert.
- Dinner and overnight stay will be in M’Hamid El Ghizlane, where you’ll get your first taste of desert life.
Day 03
Camel Ride
- After breakfast, set out for a camel ride through the desert. You’ll travel through the dunes, surrounded by the vast beauty of the Sahara.
- Lunch will be served under the shade of palm trees, offering a peaceful break in the heart of the desert. In the afternoon, you will arrive at your desert camp, where you can relax and take in the serene surroundings.
- Enjoy a traditional dinner and spend the night in a tent under the stars, experiencing the true tranquility of the desert.
Day 4
M’Hamid El Ghizlane – Chegaga Dunes
- After breakfast, you will head towards the majestic dunes of Chegaga in a 4x4 vehicle. Along the way, you’ll stop at the sacred oasis and have the chance to meet local nomads, learning about their traditional lifestyle.
- Lunch will be served in the desert, amidst the stunning dunes. In the evening, you will arrive at the Chegaga Dunes, where you can enjoy a magnificent sunset over the sand dunes.
- Dinner and overnight stay will be at the Chegaga Dunes camp, providing an authentic desert experience.
Day 5
Chegaga Dunes – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah
- After breakfast, depart towards the dried-up Iriki Lake, crossing through a landscape of arid plains and rocky desert. Along the way, pass by Foum Zguid, a small desert village.
- Enjoy lunch before visiting the Taznakht carpet cooperative, known for its handmade Berber rugs. You will then visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage site known for its stunning architecture.
- In the evening, enjoy dinner and spend the night at Ait Ben Haddou, immersing yourself in its historical charm.
Day 6
Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Marrakech
- After breakfast, depart for Marrakech. The journey will take you through beautiful landscapes, including the scenic Tizi-n-Tichka Pass.
- Lunch will be on the way, and upon arrival in Marrakech, you will have the evening free to relax.
- Enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the night in Marrakech
Day 7
Day in Marrakech
- After breakfast, take a guided tour of Marrakech, exploring the famous souks and must-see sites such as the Koutoubia Mosque, the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian Tombs.
- You will also visit the stunning Majorelle Garden, a peaceful oasis filled with vibrant colors and exotic plants, a perfect end to your journey.
